Fog has started with winter. On November 14, 12 passengers were injured when a Mathura depot bus collided in Jaint police station area due to fog. After this, Regional Manager Agra had given instructions to install all-weather bulbs, reflective tape, wipers and back lights in all the buses of Mathura depot. Even after a week, all the vehicles in the depot do not have arrangements to deal with the fog. Roadways buses are being operated without all-weather bulbs.

Fog has started falling in Mathura also. Drivers are facing difficulty in driving due to fog at night and morning. On the morning of 14 November, a bus running on the Mathura-Delhi-Faridabad route rammed into a truck parked from behind in Jaint police station area. 12 passengers were also injured in this. Regional Manager BP Aggarwal instructed ARM Madan Mohan Sharma to install all-weather bulbs, wipers, reflective tape and back lights in all the buses. Even after a week after giving the instructions, neither these bulbs have been installed in the roadways buses nor have any other arrangements been made to deal with the fog. Roadways buses are being operated without all-weather bulbs.
The regional manager of Agra said that instructions have been given to install all-weather bulbs. Soon these will be installed in all buses. Buses will not operate without all-weather bulbs in fog. He said that there are a total of 167 buses in the fleet of Mathura depot. Of these, 98 are corporation buses and 69 are contract buses. Contracted bus owners have also been instructed to make all arrangements to combat fog including all-weather bulbs.
